Production Team

The new member of the Production department is joined by the most experienced members of the team in a first stage of interdepartmental training that immediately immerses the new talent in an international kids animation production; in this way, he/she soon learns the basics of the internal pipeline and acquires specific skills, starting to independently conduct specific tasks .

RESPONSIBILITIES

Direct assistance to the production manager and supervisors for the management of the production; in a non-exhaustive list:

  • direct contact with the artists and assisting them with daily assignments

  • coordination between processing phases and the various teams

  • interdepartmental scheduling allowing each team to get the necessary information at the right time

  • help in the management of internal production planning

  • management and maintenance of digital libraries of creative materials;

  • assistance in production reports and analysis

The ideal candidate for this position:

  • precise, concise, with a good understanding of technical and artistic needs

  • interested in the reference sector, with high expectations for professional growth; willing to learn the complex world of animation production to understand its internal mechanisms

  • good knowledge of the Office package, or other planning / project management software (e.g. monday.com)

  • proficient in English

The qualifications constituting a preference are:

  • master studies in economics / communication or other relevant subjects

  • previous experience in similar jobs

  • previous experience in the audiovisual world, especially if with a focus on animation

  • IT skills easy learning (Adobe; WordPress; Shotgun and similar)

  • proficient in French

Social Media

The new member joins the animation studio to work to its social media development and maintenance; he/she will soon understand the core of our projects, acquiring social media awareness specific to the industry.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Direct collaboration with the managers looking after the brand consistency; more specifically:

  • perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences

  • design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals, including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and other relevant platforms

  • generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos and news); the content (pre-approved through weekly/monthly editorial plans) needs to promote audience interaction, and encourage audience participation

  • help with the website (WordPress) according to agreed guidelines

  • elaborate friendly strategies by boosting the team through an intelligent usage of social media

  • oversee social media accounts’ design (e.g. Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures and blog layout)

  • develop brand awareness

  • stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications

The ideal candidate for this position:

  • proactive, multitasking, open-minded

  • hands on experience in content management

  • excellent knowledge of social media and copywriting skills

  • ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video)

  • familiarity with web design

  • good knowledge of industry software (WordPress, Adobe or similar)

  • on the mid-term, monitor SEO and web traffic metrics

  • proficient in English
