3D ANIMATION SUPERVISOR

We are currently seeking an experienced and talented Animation Supervisor to lead our team for an exciting animated preschool TV series.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide creative and technical direction to the animation team, ensuring the overall quality and consistency of the animated content.
Collaborate closely with the director to establish and maintain the visual style and creative vision of the series.
Oversee the animation pipeline, ensuring efficient workflow and meeting project deadlines.
Conduct regular reviews and provide constructive feedback to maintain the highest standards of animation quality.

REQUIREMENTS

Minimum 5 years of professional experience in 3D character animation for TV series or films.
Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role in animation production.
Strong understanding of rigging and character setup.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Experience working on animated preschool TV series
Experience working with global or multicultural teams is a plus

This is a full-time position based at our studio, but remote work may be possible for individuals with exceptional qualifications and experience.
