EXPERIENCED ANIMATION PRODUCTION COORDINATOR

Animoka Studios is looking for an experienced and accomplished Animation Production Coordinator to collaborate with our team of creative leaders and artists on a brand-new TV Series. Prior experience in completed Animation TV Series or Feature Film is required.

The ideal candidate is organized and methodical in his/her approach to work. Primary responsibilities include planning and monitoring artist priorities, managing department hand-offs, organizing daily meetings and liaising guidance from Management and Supervisors, while maintaining transparent and effective communication between all departments.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibility for helping in the creation and maintenance of the asset database and monitoring of asset delivery. Ensure that Project Management Tool statuses are always up-to-date and task assignments are kept in order.
Monitor and report on progress, issues and prepare reports. Ensure work is being approved, completed on time and to specification.
Project management experience with the ability to effectively solve problems in a fast-paced environment is required, as is prior experience in the production of completed Animation TV Series or Feature Film. Knowledge of Shotgrid or equivalent is considered a plus.
