LAYOUT 3D OPERATOR

We are currently seeking talented and experienced Layout operators to join our team for an exciting animated preschool TV series. If you have a strong knowledge of Maya, exceptional composition skills, and a keen eye for staging and timing, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collaborate closely with the director and the layout supervisor to establish the layout for each episode and ensure the overall visual storytelling meets the creative vision of the show.

• Create detailed and accurate 3D layouts, including camera placement, character blocking, and set positioning.

• Use your artistic skills and expertise to compose shots that effectively convey the narrative and enhance the storytelling.

• Demonstrate a deep understanding of staging and timing to bring the story to life and engage the target audience of preschool viewers.

REQUIREMENTS

• Proficiency in Maya is essential, with a strong understanding of camera settings and animation tools.

• Excellent composition skills, with a keen eye for detail and a solid understanding of visual storytelling principles

• Strong understanding of staging, timing, and camera techniques.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with the creative team and meet project objectives.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• experience in layout and staging for animated TV series or films.

• Experience with 3D animation and rigging.
